This Hermès Geranium Red Porosus Crocodile 35cm Birkin is in excellent condition. Incredibly rare and specially ordered, this exotic Birkin is truly stunning in vibrant red with sophisticated Palladium hardware.
Hermès bags are considered the ultimate luxury item the world over. Hand stitched by skilled craftsmen, wait lists of a year or more are commonplace for the leather versions. Exotics such as this are extremely rare. Porosus Crocodile is considered by many to be the premier Hermès skin. It is characterized by a symmetrical scale pattern and denoted by the ^ symbol. The skin is buffed by hand repeatedly to achieve the glorious sheen.
Double handles are carried in hand or at the elbow. Geranium chevre (goat skin) lining with one side zippered pocket. X stamp. Made in France. Purchase includes crocodile wrapped padlock, key, clochette and dust bags.
